01 / About

I build revenue systems — not campaigns, not one-off experiments. The kind that keep producing pipeline when you stop pushing on them.

My work sits at the intersection of business development, lead generation, and process automation. I've spent years operating the full GTM stack — from writing the positioning to wiring the CRM to running the plays.

What sets me apart is the ability to blend strategic thinking with technical know-how. I don't just help businesses grow; I guide them toward scalable, long-term success through data-driven decisions and systems that compound.

If you're looking for someone who can scale, optimize, and build from the ground up — I offer the skill set and a track record for it.

A tight set of things I do well — and stay accountable for.

01 — Flagship

GTM & GTME build-out — strategy through execution.

Position the offer, build the target account list, stand up the outbound + inbound channels, instrument the CRM, and run the first 90 days of plays. You end up with a system, not a campaign.

02

Lead generation that doesn't rot in a CRM.

Multi-channel outbound — LinkedIn, email, calling — enriched with Clay and routed through Instantly & Aimfox. Booked meetings, not vanity metrics.

03 / Expertise

Depth where it compounds. Width where it makes the system work.

I've spent years in the operator's seat — not the consultant's.

The depth is in go-to-market and business development. The width is in everything that touches the revenue engine around it: brand, content, automation, analytics. Enough cross-pollination that strategy and execution stay honest with each other.

04 / Process

How the work actually happens. Four phases, no theater.

Phase 01

Diagnose & map.

Two weeks of listening, calls with the team, a hard look at the funnel, and a written audit. The goal isn't a deck — it's a shared, opinionated view of what's broken and what to fix first.

  • Funnel audit
  • Stakeholder interviews
  • Positioning teardown
Phase 02

Design the system.

Offer, ICP, channels, stack, and the process that ties them together. Before we build anything, we agree on the shape of the machine — so when it's running, you know what each part is doing.

  • ICP & TAL
  • Channel plan
  • Stack decisions
Phase 03

Build & wire.

Tools configured, sequences written, automations deployed, CRM instrumented. I do the building myself — no handoffs to an agency bench — so the details don't leak.

  • Tech setup
  • Copy & creative
  • CRM & reporting
Phase 04

Run, read, refine.

The first 60–90 days I'm in the cockpit with you — running plays, reading the data, tightening the loop. Then we hand it over clean or I stay on as a fractional operator.

  • Weekly reviews
  • Playbook iteration
  • Handover or retain

He rebuilt our outbound from the ground up — strategy, tooling, and the daily playbook. Within two months we had more qualified meetings than the previous two quarters combined.

What I appreciated most: he doesn't just hand over a deck and leave. He's in the trenches with you, adjusting, shipping, owning the outcome. Rare.

The automation layer he built now runs our entire lifecycle. We cut tooling cost, increased activation, and the team finally has time to sell instead of admin.

09 / FAQ

Answers to the usual questions.

Who do you work best with? +
B2B SaaS and tech-enabled service businesses between roughly $500K and $10M ARR. Founders who want an operator, not a slide deck. Teams that have a real product and are ready to systematize go-to-market rather than run another one-off campaign.
How do engagements typically work? +
Three shapes: a diagnostic sprint (2–3 weeks, fixed fee), a full build-out (8–14 weeks), or a fractional ongoing role (monthly retainer). Most clients start with the diagnostic and then choose from there.
What does a build-out actually include? +
Positioning and ICP, a target account list, channel plan (outbound + inbound + paid where it fits), technical setup (CRM, sequences, automations, reporting), creative and copy, and 60–90 days of me in the cockpit running it with your team.
Do you work alone or with a team? +
Mostly hands-on myself. For specialized work — design, heavy paid media, technical SEO — I bring trusted contractors and stay the single point of accountability. No agency bench, no handoffs that leak quality.
Can you work with existing teams? +
Yes, and I prefer it. The best engagements are ones where I help your in-house team ship faster rather than replace them. I leave the system documented so they can run it when I'm gone.
What won't you do? +
I don't take on work where the offer or product has fundamental problems I can't help fix. I don't do single-channel spray-and-pray outbound. And I don't ghost-write "thought leadership" that neither of us believes.
How fast can we start? +
Usually within two weeks of a signed agreement. I keep one or two slots open each quarter; if we're a fit, we'll move quickly.
